Saadiyat Beach Villas, an exclusive residential development with 40 villas, embodies the essence of luxury coastal living. Serving as the lead designer, I executed the full concept design, encompassing space planning for four distinct villa typologies, meticulous material selections, and comprehensive construction documentation. The scope not only included the Villa designs but the community complex, , includes a state-of-the-art gym, a serene pool area, and a welcoming cafe.
Developed for TDIC, Abu Dhabi's Tourism and Development Investment Company, the project underwent a comprehensive and staged presentation process to ensure the boards vision was captured.
